The way you relate to the pain is important.
You can't always change the sensation. You can change your relationship to it, and that can change the world.
Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment with curiosity instead of judgment. Practiced regularly, it lets you experience physical and emotional pain with less suffering, and helps you resist the "right now" fixes that make things worse later.
It also builds awareness of what actually feeds your pain: the missed sleep, the held breath, the bracing, the stories your mind tells about what the pain means. Noticing is the first step to changing any of it.
Start small: a body scan, a few minutes of watching the breath, a loving-kindness practice. Consistency beats duration, every time.
Meditations made for pain, not just calm.
Meditation CRUSH guides you through body scans, breath practices, and loving-kindness, with progress tracking to help the habit stick.
